Our own network. Our own IPs. Direct into China.

NCCK is the cross-border network infrastructure brand of YANCY LIMITED. Built on our own IP resources and independent routing architecture, we operate network and compute from flagship carrier-neutral data centers in Hong Kong, Seoul and Los Angeles.

Our position

Cross-border performance is decided less by compute than by how traffic arrives. Everything we engineer serves a single purpose: making every path into China stable, predictable and verifiable.

Network architecture

Complete coverage of all seven Chinese carrier routes, backbone and premium alike: China Telecom 163 and CN2 (GT / GIA); China Unicom 4837, 9929 and 10099; China Mobile CMI and CMIN2. Route class (CDIA / DIA / International) is selected at order and upgraded in place on the same server - a route is configuration, not a migration. Per-server bandwidth scales to 5 Gbps.

Internationally, we connect to Tier-1 backbones including NTT, Lumen, Cogent, Arelion, GTT, Tata, Zayo, Verizon, AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, Orange and Sparkle, and interconnect with core Asia-Pacific networks including PCCW Global, Hurricane Electric, Telstra, Singtel, KT, LG U+, SK Broadband, KINX, Equinix IX and HKIX.

Security

China-direction mitigation is provisioned in four tiers - 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000 Gbps - with protected addresses scaled on demand and available as an add-on to any server; high-defense platforms carry protection as standard, up to 1 Tbps. International traffic is pre-scrubbed by a global anycast network across all three sites.

On the account side, two-factor authentication and multi-user permission separation are standard client-portal capabilities, not upsells.

Compute platform

Enterprise-grade hardware throughout - silicon named, specifications published. The primary platform is the Intel Xeon Gold 6138 (20 cores / 40 threads, 3.7 GHz turbo), single or dual socket, up to 256 GB of memory; all-flash storage from 480 GB to 3.84 TB across six standard bays, expandable to twelve. Every physical server ships with IPMI out-of-band management and a dedicated /29.

The cloud platform runs fixed-specification KVM with dedicated DIA bandwidth, delivered automatically on payment confirmation. The IP-rich platform delivers full /24 blocks intact - 254 usable addresses with bulk rDNS, drawn from our own resource pool, never assembled from fragments.

Data centers

Hong Kong · Equinix HK1

168 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan - the campus hub, fiber-linked to every Equinix site in Hong Kong; N+1 diesel redundancy; the facility carries ISO 27001, SOC 1/2 Type 2 and PCI DSS.

Seoul · Digital Realty ICN10

Sangam Digital Media City - Korea's first carrier-neutral data center: a purpose-built 10-story facility with 12 MW of IT capacity, N+1 UPS, and fiber from all seven major Korean carriers.

Los Angeles · CoreSite LA1 @ One Wilshire

624 S. Grand Avenue - the trans-Pacific cable landing hub where more than three hundred networks interconnect; 187,000+ sq ft, N+1 generators with 24-hour fuel autonomy; the facility carries ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS and HIPAA.

All three are flagship carrier-neutral facilities - a statement of the standard we hold our infrastructure to.

What's next

Tokyo, Singapore and Frankfurt are in facility evaluation and route testing. Registration of interest is open.

Delivery and operations

Cloud resources are delivered automatically upon payment confirmation; physical infrastructure is orchestrated through our DCIM platform and deployed within the lead time stated at order. The client portal provides a complete view of configuration, status, resources and traffic, with direct access to every product's management panel.

Service assurance

Technical support operates year-round from centers in Hong Kong, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur, on rotation, 24/7. Five dedicated channels - sales, technical, abuse, billing and partnerships - and full bilingual coverage across the site, ordering and the client portal.

Network health is public: per-server connectivity, load and uptime are published in real time, with maintenance announced in advance. Service-level commitments and credit mechanisms are set out in our Terms of Service.
